La mayor\u00eda de ustedes, si no todos, se preguntan: \u00bfes o no una cara nueva? \u00a1Pues s\u00ed, lo soy! Mi nombre es Mariachiara y me incorpor\u00e9 a DEKA hace poco m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os, en octubre de 2019, como educadora sanitaria. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa exactamente ser una educadora sanitaria?<br \/>\nBueno, cuando puse un pie en la empresa por primera vez, no ten\u00eda ni idea de lo que era y qu\u00e9 deparaba el futuro. Al principio cre\u00ed que se trataba de una figura est\u00e1tica que explicaba a los m\u00e9dicos c\u00f3mo funcionaban los sistemas l\u00e1ser y corporales, transmiti\u00e9ndoles los protocolos m\u00e1s adecuados seg\u00fan el tratamiento que deb\u00eda realizarse. Pens\u00e9 que era solo una cuesti\u00f3n de estudio, principalmente de ingenier\u00eda. Entras en la empresa con un determinado papel y, tras aprender algunos aspectos t\u00e9cnicos, ya eres un experto de esa profesi\u00f3n en concreto.<br \/>\nSin embargo, con el tiempo aprend\u00ed sorprendentemente que estaba equivocada y que no se entra como educadora sanitaria, sino que te conviertes en una. Una educadora sanitaria es un recorrido de formaci\u00f3n y crecimiento de 360\u00b0, tanto profesional como personal: debe conocer aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y pr\u00e1cticos de los sistemas para un perfecto funcionamiento de estos, debe saber de medicina y patolog\u00edas afines, debe saber hablar e interactuar con m\u00e9dicos y profesores, debe ganarse su confianza y estima para convertirse en su punto de referencia. Debes aprender a estar en contextos que no son siempre f\u00e1ciles de gestionar y estar disponible para el cliente cuando lo necesita, debes ser independiente y de mentalidad abierta para adaptarte a las situaciones y esforzarte m\u00e1s, superando as\u00ed los l\u00edmites y retos mentales que hasta entonces te hab\u00edas impuesto deliberadamente o no. Inevitablemente, creces. Y este trabajo, que requiere mucho compromiso personal, solo puede realizarse si existe pasi\u00f3n de base. Es la pasi\u00f3n por tu trabajo la que hace que todo sea m\u00e1s agradable, m\u00e1s simple y concretar tus objetivos de vida. Y es tambi\u00e9n el entorno en el que te encuentras el que juega un papel importante en el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental de un empleado. En esto, DEKA ha demostrado ser a la vez una excelente realidad en la que crecer y una excelente maestra de vida: te permite equivocarte y corregir tus errores, caerte, pero tambi\u00e9n levantarte. Entr\u00e9 en la empresa dando un salto al vac\u00edo, lanz\u00e1ndome a una aventura totalmente nueva y en un entorno laboral completamente diferente al de mis estudios (traducci\u00f3n e interpretaci\u00f3n).<br \/>\nLo \u00fanico que inicialmente me uni\u00f3 a DEKA fue el inter\u00e9s por la medicina. Hoy, sin embargo, por encima de todo existe la pasi\u00f3n, el ingrediente fundamental para la realizaci\u00f3n personal y profesional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 espero de este 2022 y de los a\u00f1os venideros?
