Spotlight on: TRADIS GAT (DEKA’s partner in Israel)

Our journey with DEKA starts in Q4 2019, a minute before Covid 19 entered our lives.

Tradis Gat was established in 1963 and as a company that deals with international suppliers in the Israeli market, Covid-19 represented a big challenge.

Despite the challenging situation, we managed, together with DEKA, to establish our position here in Israel and today, undoubtedly,  DEKA  is the best laser company to be represented in Israel.

From the first moment it was clear that DEKA’s professionalism and Know How was on a completely different scale, providing us, as a distributor, with confidence in front of our consumers.

We instantly knew that ONDA would have been a blockbuster because of DEKA’s new approach, that Red Touch is a game changer in the “clinic Facial treatment field” and that Again will redefine the future of hair removal treatments in Israel.

Together with DEKA’s wonderful marketing team, we have built a list of local KOLs for them to use the new technologies according to their specific needs and expertise.

We followed them with daily guidance, clinical support, tips and tricks and above all, marketing assistance, in front of their costumers and mass media.

Regarding Again- we placed a unit for 6 months at no cost in the biggest hair removal chain in Israel, allowing them to compare it in real life to their current competitor’s unit.

By taking that kind of action, we showed our costumers the level of confidence we have, and they reflected their trust to the end user and to other clinics in Israel.

That kind of tailor-made approach allowed us to present a better product, a better solution to our costumers’ challenges and, most important, to be actively involved in their day-to-day activities.

The highlight (so far) was DEKA’s delegation arrival late April.

Live hands-on, a professional presentation, personal meetings with key accounts and intimate dinners. At the end of the day, the can-do attitude, friendly and welcoming approach, together with uncompromised professionalism, which is what is pushing the sales, and most important, the satisfaction in Israel.
