New technologies, new techniques, new applications and improvements to existing ones have provided our distributors with a wide range of systems for advanced solutions for experienced and novice doctors. Our engineering and medical R&D, regulatory and QA departments are constantly working to improve systems and procedures in order to provide the best possible tool for the doctor using our instruments.
After more than 30 years of working in the laser and biomedical technology industry, it is an enormous honour for me to work with such knowledgeable and competent colleagues who are a daily stimulus to work calmly and give the best of themselves.
In my work as Area manager I provide the best possible support to international distributors, transferring to them the technological knowledge of the systems and application protocols, while always remaining focused on the clinical activities carried out by doctors and surgeons in their daily routine.
Doctors and surgeons are ultimately our actual and final partners. Direct experience in clinics and hospitals is the lifeblood of my work, which then becomes knowledge shared with colleagues within the company, resulting in a virtuous and productive loop. Every day I learn new things and receive involuntary suggestions that lead to new stimuli.
I had the honour of starting the surgery division during the pandemic period, which is now yielding excellent results, especially in the USA and other European countries, and I have been involved in the neuroscience division with a unique laser system, which has produced a huge number of independent publications. For aesthetics and dermatology, I operate in some European countries, such as Germany and Austria, the Baltics, the Balkans, and space in many other territories from Mexico to Nepal. These last few years have put our work to the test, but have been an opportunity to rethink strategies. So I have set my goal for the near future: to grow the relationships with the distributors I follow and to create even more opportunities for collaboration, intensifying travel and interaction and seeking even more confrontation with those who use our products. I believe it is the basis of a virtuous, fruitful and win-win collaboration.
