20 year’s birthday (1996-2016)
For its 20 years’ birthday on the French Market, DEKA France inaugurated last September new premises: 200 square meters offices with 100 squares meters stocking and servicing area in the center of Lyon. 20 years of constant development and evolution: from 2 employees to 12 nowadays and a turnover of 4 million euros in 2016.
“When I joined DEKA Technologies Laser eleven years ago, the main activity was made in the dental business which was amounting 70% of the turnover which was 700 Keuros” says Igor PELLISSIER, Managing Director.
“We had a structure of 4 people and after analyzing the market trends, we decided to develop our activities in the aesthetic and dermatological fields. The first successes came with the SmartLipo and development of the Laserlipolisi®.
The launch of the SmartXide DOT, followed by the Synchro Pla:y and Repla:y ranges gave us the opportunity to become a major player in the French market. We had to hire sales people and technicians in order to respond to the demands we had.”
“Nowadays, we are emphasizing on the technical servicing we are providing to our customers. We do have a service department with 4 technicians covering the French territory (including the Caraibes) and we are going to hire a new one because we want to be irreproachable.
As far as the sales department is concerned we have now a structure of 4 sales people.
Now the trend and future developments is in gynecology, with the MonalisaTouch. We have launched MonalisaTouch 4 years ago and we are now facing a great demand for the procedure. We do have more than 40 centers and we are planning to reach at least 150 within the next two years.
In that sense, we are proud to announce the first French MonaLisa Touch Day Touch on the 31st of March. It will be the best proof of our excellence in Gynecology.
Last but not least: DEKA France will distribute Quanta Systems products. Indeed, being part of the same Group (El.En), we will have the opportunity to propose the largest range of laser solutions.
