I joined DEKA in 2016, handling the clinical accounts in Italy, but I have been collaborating with the EL.EN. Group for 15 years. I have been the Sales Director since 2020, a role I was promoted to during the most difficult moment of the Covid pandemic.
I have been handling clinical training to physicians since 1996. My academic background allows me to clinically convey what our company creates to the end users. The scientific know-how and the sales vision make my profession engaging, especially at such a delicate historical moment, where being present (at times unfortunately only remotely) with distributors, physicians and Key Opinion Leaders worldwide is the challenge.
My team is fantastic. We have steadily grown during the last three years, from both a personnel and revenue perspective, witnessing constant double-digit increases.
We have developed new lasers systems and broadened our product portfolio, entering into new markets fully, competitively and exclusively with a range of new body-care devices like ONDA Plus, Schwarzy and for the well-being of female intimate health with the new Dr. Arnold system. My objective is to transfer know-how, all information on new products, train our partners and physicians, also during surgical procedures, in a dynamic manner, supporting the area managers with my skills and my acquired knowledge. The goal is to consolidate and continue boosting the results with the area managers, with whom I have had the privilege and luck to work with. The group has been cohesive and bound to the DEKA brand for many years. Everyone is highly motivated and specialized, and this makes it possible for everyone to maintain strong relationships with those territories covered by the distributors.
I do not know many of you personally and my strongest wish is to shake your hand soon, in order to share information and work with you in the field for the good of our clients.
