Once again El.En. is the leader in the restoration of our historical heritage!

Our lasers were chosen for the restoration and cleaning of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris after the 2019 fire. This result confirms the great position of our group in the art restoration sphere, thanks to our Light for Art division.

The aim was the removal of every trace of the fire that destroyed the Cathedral.

The main advantage of laser compared to other techniques is the respect of the original surfaces, using an ecological technology that does not operate with solvents or other substances.

Art restoration corroborates El.En.’s ability to increase the use of this technology, maintain the strength of old applications and employ new methods for innovation, research & development, the cornerstone of our business strategy.
