My name is Emmanuel Maroselli, and I am the General Manager of DEKA SARL, the DEKA’s subsidiary in France.
My journey with DEKA began in 2008, during these years I grew as a technical director and head of surgery, allowing me to explore the many facets of the laser world.
Today, we are among the leaders in France, offering an unrivaled range of laser medical-aesthetic solutions.
The French market is unique: French laser physicians possess in-depth knowledge of laser technologies, and it is essential for them to work with systems that are not only high-performing and reliable but also foster a trusting relationship with the manufacturer. This is precisely where we stand out.
With over 30 years of experience, DEKA has mastered all laser technologies, allowing us to offer a complete catalog of solutions to meet all needs. We have also developed a unique expertise in fostering a lasting climate of trust with our partners.
DEKA made the significant decision to appoint me as director, and since taking on this role, thanks especially to the dedication of my team, whom I would like to thank warmly, we have been able to double our revenue.
In the spirit of growth and dynamism, we moved to new premises in November 2024 to offer a service worthy of the group’s image. Every month, we organize training sessions for our users and provide access to our showroom, treatment room, and meeting rooms, offering a unique experience in the laser world. These services are available to our French physicians, as well as to our partners from the Maghreb.
Indeed, we also manage Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco, where we are putting considerable effort into developing and raising DEKA’s profile to the top.

Our Again PRO PLUS hair removal platform has become the most powerful system in the world, delivering ultra-short pulses with handpiece diameters unmatched (30 mm).
Our leadership position in CO2 lasers is further strengthened by the introduction of DUOGLIDE, a bi-wavelength system offering both ablative (10,600 nm) and non-ablative (1540 nm) options.
We also offer TETRA PRO, a fractional CO2 laser that combines a full range of pulses, impressive power, all in a compact, efficient, and reliable system.
