The First 40 Years of El.En: The Group Aims for a High Quality Future, with Courage

The event with which the El.En. Group celebrated its first 40 years of history at Certosa in Florence, in the presence of the world champion of Spain ’82 Giancarlo Antognoni heralded a historical moment. Summing up, the balance was extremely positive over time.

But now is the time to roll up our sleeves even more and to reflect about the future.

After the various Covid waves, at El.En. and DEKA you can feel a great desire to rebuild, flanked by even greater youthful enthusiasm, which leaves, at least in our companies, little time for regret, and literally ignites the desire for the future: a future made of projects, ideas, dreams.

Dreams similar to those of the visionaries who created this company forty years ago, and over time, this group.

The desire to engage, the love of risk, and the desire to meet our aspirations for improvement are the main ingredients through which all our executives, employees and partners pack their collective recipe for success.

The culture of sacrifice and granite-like post-Covid determination together will trigger virtuous circles.

Our group will continue to innovate, design, and assure a high-quality future for everyone. High quality for work, high quality for environmental sustainability, and high quality for life through our medical equipment.

But these also require passion, determination, and desire to get involved.

In a word: courage!

The courage to believe in a project and to work to make it happen.
