I’ve worked for nearly 40 years in distribution of medical laser products and since the late 1980s I mainly manage international markets. Over the years I’ve worked with the largest Italian companies and since 2006 I’ve worked for DEKA, where I currently follow the markets of South America, Russia and some central Asian countries.

I’ve been with this company over 10 years and today I coordinate a wonderful team of 8 product specialists across all of Italy. My university technical training in electronics and my passion for dissemination found the perfect job here at DEKA! A good coach enhances the aptitudes of the resources he coordinates and grows with them. I believe deeply in sharing, in team strength that thrives on working together and having fun while working. It isn’t impossible to create cohesion! Empathising and being there for the team makes it possible to overcome any obstacle and working our best.

The company’s story began in 2016 but the company manager started working in 2012 in several companies as a maintenance engineer until he decided, with a team of young people, to open Tower Beauty Trading. The collaboration with DEKA started at the end of 2018. The Iraqi market is very tough and there is strong competition with competitors who provide very strong facilities for workers, but thanks to our experience and strong customer relationships, we’ve been able to build a solid foundation with Deka.
